To Find a new career is a real challenge, especially when everything is different. Life changes, you need to start learning, you need to have a work-life balance. Sometimes, it is difficult but you need to go for it.

Paulo Semeghini and I met 10 years ago when our kids used to go to school together in Brazil. And amazingly, we moved to the United States almost in the same period. Paulo is leaving right now in New Jersey.

He first came to the United States four and a half years ago. His wife is working here, she was transferred from Brazil to the United States. In the beginning, everything was okay. He was feeling happy to be in the United States and everything was new. But suddenly, he felt a little bit lost because he needed to work and at that moment, He realized that he needed to start doing something. And that's the real challenge.
