On a whim booked a flight deal to Ponta Delgada in the Azores, a group of Portuguese islands in the Atlantic.

Turned into an incredible trip filled with plenty of adventures.

Went Canyoning for the first time repelling down waterfalls and jumping off cliffs, toured the blue and green lakes and the crazy coast, swam with dolphins, biked around the little towns, toured an old tea factory that has been unchanged since 1883, hiked through the beautiful country side and relaxed in the Terra Nostra gardens and hot springs.
