The Lousã Castle, also referred to as Castelo de Arouce, is located about two kilometers from the parish, town and county of Lousã, in the district of Coimbra, Portugal.

In a dominant position at the top of a narrow buttress of the Lousã mountain range, on the right bank of the Arouce river, the monument constitutes, in our days, a requested tourist attraction.
