Wow. This place is stunning.

Every turn is incredibly beautiful.

It's got volcanic mountains, beaches, lagoons inside dormant volcanoes, giant geraniums dotting the roads, Japanese pine forests, hot springs, fresh air, and local foods. Did I mention hot springs?

It really looks like something out of a fantasy novel.

We've both been so busy this Fall, and it was incredible to be here with my wife to relax and explore this magnificent island.

Now we're back and I've got lots planned for the Winter and New Year at my gym Quantum CrossFit (will be unveiling some a program and competition soon), and in on my website with my online offerings.
