Award-winning consumer journalist Wendy Knowler shares the story of a couple who were charged by a rental car company for 'damages', after returning the vehicle following a vacation.

The rental company alleged the vehicle had slight damage, which had not been there when it had been booked out, charging the couple a fee.

The consumer claimed otherwise. They however don't have any pictures to prove that they did not damage the vehicle.

Consumer Journalist Wendy Knowler joins Pippa Hudson to discuss this topic, and other similar issues, as they do once a week for the weekly Consumer Talk segment which airs every Wednesday from 2-3pm, where they discuss an array of issues affecting SA consumers.
