A quick Vlog of our time in Punta Cana - Dominican Republic.

Despite being out here we still train and do our steps. We do eat what we want but in moderation and there's a few important messages in the video about body image whilst on holiday so definitely keep watching.

We had the best time, with the best people and it's been amazing to step away for a while but I'm excited to go back to Dubai.
