This abandoned house has been sitting along this unassuming country road hidden away from the world for the last 5-10 years. It was in fairly good condition during my first visit a few years ago, lacking decay with the power still on. Fast forward 2-3 years and the home is now really starting to fall apart. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any photos in my archive from that initial visit.

The ranch style bungalow which sits on 10 acres of land sold for $850,000 in 2003 and was listed in 2017 for $6.5 million but I couldn't find any information as to what it sold for. This property is a good example of how absolutely insane our real estate prices are in the area today.

The house and property are now owned by developers and will be part of a much larger project in the future, what exactly that includes has yet to be determined.

A pretty interesting abandoned house explore with a fair amount of stuff left behind including some very odd surprises!
