Evoramonte Castle, visible many kilometers around it, is made up of an extensive 1000 m perimeter wall, which embraces the crest of an elevation in the rugged surroundings of Serra d´Ossa. This structure is a well-established medieval fence, over 400 m in altitude, with a fortified palace built on top of the crest.

O castelo de Évoramonte, visível muitos quilómetros em redor, é constituído por uma extensa muralha com 1000 m de perímetro, que abraça a crista de uma elevação na envolvente acidentada da Serra d’Ossa. Esta estrutura é uma bem implantada cerca medieval, a mais de 400 m de altitude, com um Paço Fortificado construído no topo da crista.
