The Juromenha Fortress is of military architecture, of medieval root, of which still retains a part of the castelejo wall. Witness of wars and ties and weather, no doubt strategically well situated, was considered one of the keys to the Alentejo border.

A Fortaleza de Juromenha é de arquitectura militar, de raíz medieval, da qual ainda hoje mantém uma parte da muralha do castelejo. Testemunha de guerras e enlaços e intempéries, sem dúvida estrategicamente bem situado, foi considerado uma das chaves da fronteira do Alentejo.
